After a consultation, I’ll create an easy-to-follow, personalized meal plan that takes into account your routine, activity level, preferences, dietary needs, and goals. Each meal plan includes:

  • Personalized menu with recommended daily macros

  • Suggested dishes and recipes 

  • Recommended macros for each meal

  • Local meal prepping resources, including vendors 

  • 4-week follow up session

Food Prep

Proper nutrition is integral to achieving your fitness goals. If you’re ready to start eating clean but don’t have the time or resources to prepare meals, this service is for you. 


Each meal includes a protein, a carb, and a vegetable. Mix and match between a variety of choices at $10 per meal. 


— Protein choices: chicken, ground beef, or turkey meatballs 

— Carb choices: jasmine rice or herb-roasted potatoes 

— Vegetable choices: broccoli or green beans


Meals are prepared for local pick up each week on Monday. All meals are made fresh weekly – they are never frozen.


Meals are available for local pick up at 4314 Rochester Road, Royal Oak, MI.
